Welcome to our Netflix Subscription service. By purchasing and using our digital product, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
- Account Access and Sign-In Procedures
We do not provide direct passwords to customers. Instead, we facilitate access to your Netflix subscription through specific sign-in instructions tailored to your device.
For TV:
Open the Netflix application on your television.
Select the "Sign in" option.
Choose one of the following methods: "Use Phone," "Sign in from Web," or "Sign in with QR Code."
An 8-digit code will be displayed on your screen.
You must send this 8-digit code to us immediately for us to complete your sign-in process.
For Mobile/Tablets:
Open the Netflix application on your device.
Select the "Sign in" option.
Choose "Use a sign-in code."
Enter the email address provided by us below this option.
Tap "Send Code" and notify us immediately that you have sent the code.
We will then provide you with a 4-digit code to complete your sign-in.
For PC:
Open any web browser and navigate to Netflix.com.
Click on the "Sign in" button.
Select "Use a sign-in code."
Enter the email address provided by us below this option.
Click "Send Code" and notify us immediately that you have sent the code.
We will then provide you with a 4-digit code to complete your sign-in.
- Device Usage Policy
Each Netflix subscription package is intended for use on a single device (mobile, tablet, TV, or PC) for the entire duration of the subscription period. Customers are strictly prohibited from changing devices during the active subscription. In the event of device damage or an unforeseen necessity to switch devices, you must contact us immediately for assistance and approval. If a customer purchases a subscription for Mobile, TAB, or PC, they are allowed to use the subscription only on that particular device. Customers are not permitted to log in on a TV using PC, Mobile, or TAB. This is a violation of the Terms of Service. Unauthorized device changes and Login may result in the suspension of your subscription without a refund.
- Account Profile Management
Customers are not permitted to change, edit, create, or delete any user profiles within the provided Netflix account. Any unauthorized modifications to profiles are strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination of your subscription without a refund.
- Delivery and Communication
After placing your order, it is mandatory that you contact us via WhatsApp using the provided contact number. We will deliver your Netflix subscription details and sign-in instructions exclusively through WhatsApp. Failure to contact us promptly may result in significant delays in the delivery of your product.
- Subscription Duration and Renewal
Your Netflix subscription will be active for the period specified at the time of purchase.We offer renewal options and will send you a subscription renewal message via WhatsApp or email, along with the renewal procedures. To continue your service, please follow the provided renewal guidelines.
- Prohibited Activities
In addition to the restrictions mentioned above, customers are prohibited from:
✅ Sharing their subscription access with unauthorized third parties.
✅ Attempting to alter or circumvent any security features of the Netflix account.
✅ Using the Netflix account for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.
✅ Engaging in any activity that may disrupt or damage our service or Netflix's platform.
Violation of these prohibitions will result in immediate termination of your subscription without a refund.
- Disclaimer of Warranty
While we strive to provide a seamless service, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to Netflix. Our service is dependent on Netflix’s platform availability and terms of service, which are subject to change without notice. But Customers will receive a warranty. If there is any issue with the account that interrupts Netflix streaming, we request our customers to inform us via WhatsApp about the problem. We will try to resolve it or provide a replacement.
- Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Refund Policy
Our “Netflix Subscription” is a digital product, and our refund policy is outlined below. We strongly advise all customers to read these terms thoroughly before completing a purchase.
- Eligibility for Refund
Refunds for the Netflix Subscription are only issued if we are unable to deliver the product to you after your purchase and diligent attempts to contact us via WhatsApp as per our Terms and Conditions. Once the product has been Ordered by Customer, the sale is considered final.
- Issue Resolution and Time Extensions
In the event that you experience issues with the provided Netflix account that interrupt your ability to watch Netflix during your active subscription period, and if it takes us more than one (1) day to resolve the issue from the time you report it to us, you may request a time extension.
Please note that it can typically take 1 to 2 days to diagnose and fix account-related issues.
Should the resolution period exceed one day, we will extend your subscription period accordingly to compensate for the downtime.
This policy applies only to issues directly attributable to the Netflix account provided by us, and not to issues arising from your internet connection, device malfunction, or Netflix's platform-wide outages.
- No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you decide you no longer want the subscription after it has been Ordered.
- How to Request an Extension
To request a time extension due to an unresolved issue, you must contact us via WhatsApp with details of the problem and the date/time it was reported. We will verify the issue and the resolution timeframe before applying the extension.
